We offer a wide range of authentic products across hundreds of categories including Electronics, Fashion, Home & Kitchen, Beauty & Personal Care, Sports & Outdoors, Baby Products, Groceries, and many more. Our goal is to provide a swift, seamless, and trustworthy shopping experience to customers across Pakistan and beyond.

2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By using SwiftFlow, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to place orders or access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Product Information and Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (including suspected fraud or stock unavailability).
• A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email/SMS and the payment is successfully processed (or COD is accepted).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, acceptance occurs upon delivery and payment.

• Bank Transfers / EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other digital wallets (as available)

All online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
• Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight, and delivery method.
• International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SwiftFlow and its owner Mia Ahsan Ghaffar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased in the relevant transaction.
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party delivery services, force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that products will meet your every expectation. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the respective manufacturers/brands.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftFlow, Mia Ahsan Ghaffar, our employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan (or the city where the company is formally registered).
