1. Return Eligibility We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• The product must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
• Certain categories are non-returnable (mentioned below).

2. Non-Returnable Items The following products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

• Personal care & beauty items (creams, lotions, makeup, perfumes, etc.)
• Groceries, food items, and perishable goods
• Underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
• Customized or personalized products
• Opened or used electronic accessories (headphones, chargers, etc.)
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@swiftflow.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions (including pickup arrangement if available in your area).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Conditions

• If the returned item is found in original condition after inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 working days.
• For card/online payments: Refund will be processed to the same card/account within 7-10 working days (depending on your bank).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
• If the item is found used, damaged by customer, or missing parts, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct appropriate charges.

5. Replacement Policy

• If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we offer free replacement (subject to availability).
• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange pickup of the defective item and deliver the new one at no extra cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Products Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

• If the product is damaged or defective, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a quick pickup and replacement or refund as per your choice.

7. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to return the item after delivery as per the return policy.
• For COD orders, simply refuse to accept the delivery and mention “Order Cancelled” to the rider.
